What do you charge for a weekly check?

Rates move a lot by county and by what a visit includes, and there is no published number anybody trusts. If you are willing to say: what do you charge, how often do you go, and what is in the visit at that price? Ballpark is fine — it helps somebody starting out avoid pricing themselves into a corner.
